Mock Fire Drill
"The only real security that a man can have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience and ability.” Through various safeguards and campaigns, RPS International School Sec 50 Gurugram strives to make its teachers and students aware and up-to-date. Keeping this in mind, a 'Mock Fire Drill' was performed on July 31st, 2019 in RPS International School Sec 50 Gurugram. As part of the endeavor, an evacuation drill was organized at the school in order to make the child ren aware of, ‘How to react in case of an emergency’? It was a successful exercise and children participated and cooperated wholeheartedly and intelligently in this initiative. The staff members were also trained how to use fire extinguisher and hose pipes at the time of need. The drill was well-planned and well-executed, there was no panic and everything went off smoothly. Parents-teacher meeting _"Connecting home and school makes a great community of learners_ ." A parents-teacher meeting was held on 17th July 2019. Parents teachers came together to discuss the area of strength and area of improvement and traced out the ways to enrich students' educational experiences. The entire session remained so interactive focusing on the holistic development of students. They expressed their satisfaction towards the school for providing quality education and encouragement for co-curricular activities. They appreciated the school for enhancing the personality of the students. The progress report of UT was shown to parents and their suggestions were noted. The PTM came to an end with an optimistic approach that the development of the students depends on the joint effort of parents and teachers
