A beautiful initiative has been taken by RPS International School by turning the school into Zero-tolerance zone to bully and making a better place for students to grow mentally, emotionally and socially in a much more stable manner. So, for that, the school is associated with Fortis National Mental Health Program for 100- day "Bully to Buddy Campaign" and the workshop training session on "Anti Bullying Squad" was taken by one of the expertise from Fortis National Mental Hea lth to train students. Further, from each class, a student representative has been chosen to lead the class by bringing awareness of bullying. Also, its ill effects and the damages it makes on one's mental health were shared with varied helpful techniques and ways to take a stand for their classmates and buddies in class, school and around them from getting bullied. RPS sector 50 Gurugram strongly believes in the parent-school partnership!! For the same, the morning of Saturday, 07-12-19 started with a positive hustle of parents coming to school for the PTM. The day was extremely fruitful as constructive feedback was shared by the teachers to the parents w.r.t their academic and extra curricular performance. Steps and measures for improvement were also discussed for the holistic development of each child!!

Middle School organised Coffee Morning, a Parent Meet with whole team on one platform. It was highly appreciated by the parents and their enthusiastic and whole hearted  participation was worth seeing ,School team and parents shared challenges in holistic development of a child. I express gratitude to Pavitra Mam whose words ,"Go Ahead" and unflinching support of Bindu Mam which  instilled fresh energy to experiment this idea . In a continuous endeavor to bring about a holistic development of the child, RPS International School, Sec 50 Gurugram organized a night camp on 22nd November,  2019 for the Middle School students. The intention was to make the children explore the feeling of warmth of a family at school and to develop the emotional, social skills besides enhancing  their life skills. There were series of planned fun-filled activities. The campers were welcomed to their first night camp ever with a balloon race, bucket and mug race, followed by a parachute game. Seeing the children looking for their clues during the treasure hunt was a delight to watch. INTRA-RPS WISDOM QUIZ To commemorate foundation day of the State of Haryana,  RPS International School, Sector50  hosted an INTRA-RPS WISDOM QUIZ on Friday November 01. 2019. The Quiz aimed at creating awareness among the participants about the Vibrant Culture, History and Heritage of the State. The occasion was graced by the Academic Coordinator of RPSGOS, Mr. Vipin Sharma. Twenty seven enthusiasts (class VI - VIII) all RPS branches participated with full zeal and zest . The quiz competition was divided into several rounds including buzzer round, audio-visual round and rapid fire round to engage the students. The participants showcased their mental agility and presence of mind and handled variety of subjects confidently.
