A teacher training programme on ‘Classroom Management

William Arthur Ward, A teacher training programme on ‘Classroom Management (Motivation for Next Generation Classroom)’ was held on Saturday, 01 June 2019 at RPS International School, Sector 50, Gurugram. The workshop on the pertinent topic was conducted by the renowned Author, Speaker, Ex-armed forces Officer Mr. Kulpreet Yadav. The eminent writer was felicitated with a bouquet of flowers by the Principal of the school, Ms Bindu Gupta. Mr Kulpreet conducted a workshop covering a wide array of themes such as ‘Art for Effective Learning’, ‘Creative thinking’, ‘Team building’, and ‘Classroom Management’ right in the beginning, through discussion. It was established that with changing times, the challenges faced by teachers in the classroom have also changed and they need to develop and implement rules and procedures to tackle the same one of utmost importance. He shared his valuable insight on how to enhance creative thinking skills of learning, the relevance of thinking out of box and use of technology for teaching learning process. He enlightened everyone with the power of reading and how to encompass what we see, hear and experience. His workshop inspired teachers to build trust, be open minded, being happy and most importantly to define realistic goals for learners.
He emphasized the cardinal role the teachers can play by constantly connecting to children through kindness and compassion. The workshop concluded with the presentation of vote of thanks by Ms Nikieta, Headmistress of the school
